Wall Streets Plunges After Fed Cuts Rate -- Aha! The rate cut wasn't steep enough!

The Fed is taking a wait-and-see approach, as China has hinted that it will let the yuan float more freely (just how much is not known) next year.

The Fed's got the Sword of Damocles hanging over them, because the more interest rates go down, the weaker the dollar gets, and it's already weak enough to make foreign investors and other governments start to get antsy about their holdings in US dollars...
