Applesauce apple crisp

novapsycheThis weekend, I made applesauce apple crisp. It was a big hit. I think I will make more tonight.
Edit: Recipe (by request) below:
4 tbsp butter
1 cup oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
20 oz. applesauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In small saucepan, melt butter; add oats, brown sugar and salt. Blend, then set aside.
In medium bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Stir in applesauce. Add flour; mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into 8x8" or 9x9" casserole dish.
Top mixture with oat blend. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
