Oct. 15th, 2007 10:41 pmTossed together some smoked sausage with brown sugar, basil and oregano. Later, I added some unsweetened applesauce (I'd've much preferred to have used chopped apple, but someone ate them all). Served over pasta.
Not bad. Sauce needs to be a little saucier next time, though.
