How can someone be Commander in Chief of a war that was never declared? Because Congress didn't ever do that?
Unlawful combatants, enemy combatants - I hope to see these made-up terms vanish. And the limbo it leaves people in who may or may not be enemies. It's a blight on everything America claims to be.
