I agree with you there, and now see my comment above as a little flippant and trollish.

If Bush were to fire Gonzales, even now, investigation would stop and the matter would be considered "solved." I don't think firing Gonzales would change any practices in the Bush Administration.

What I want is the full investigation, the impeachment that the NY Times called for in its last sentence.

Me too, but I wouldn't want to hold my breath on all that. Policians acting like children in suits, it's really pathetic to see in action.
