But I'm completely in support of it. They should begin by impeaching Darth Cheney so that so one can hold Bush's hand during his own hearings.

I wish I could believe that. But instead he'll become a high-paid lobbyist for some scumfuck conservative group. He's one of those people who wouldn't tell the truth if he knew it, which is sadly common to this Administration.

In the faith-based initiative decision a few days ago, Alito was pretty explicit about being opposed to judicial review. And in this decision, he voted to strike down a law.

I really despise that man.
