I can't believe you would post a quote that is so insensitive to people who commune with God!

I mean, schizophrenia isn't the only disorder that causes hallucinations. Geez! :)

It's generally not the same thing, and Szasz was (I suspect) saying that in mockery of psychiatry, which he seems to loathe as an institution.
