Allowing lawyers to dictate policy is ass-backwards. Only lawyers would come up with a plan to sue the end users. If they don't think MOST people think they're sleezy jerks picking on teen-agers, then they need a reality check.
ah, suing the fans! the riaa is so brilliant at promoting the interests of musicians! they claim they're doing this to vindicate the rights of the artists, but they routinely rip off and fail to pay artists royalties that they collect supposedly on their behalf.
