I never got massively into the list-learning obsessive side of scrabble, but I do know those. I could prolly still crank out all the 2-letter legal words too, but I'm not sure, s'been an awful long while since i've played scrabble.
Those words ruin the enjoyment for me. I think I need a Scrabble home rule that says you have to have used or read the word somewhere to use it. When's the last time you've used or seen any of these words in print?

Anyway, I reference the Scrabble dictionary because that's what the online Boggle game uses. They're made by the same manufacturer, you know.
