What I find striking is that the article mentions MK-ULTRA, a formerly secret CIA black bag operation that operated from the 1950s until the 70s. I just learned about MK-ULTRA in the last few days, after coming across a reference to the MONARCH children. Stuff about the children seems real conspiracy theory stuff, but MK-ULTRA did indeed exist. Much of the information of the operations of MK-ULTRA is lost to time, as documents were ordered destroyed.

Its funny how often the hero is the General Accounting Office. Must be full of whistleblowers, wonder if they need any help.
