Texas DA arrested for blocking police -- "Last week, Guerra said he was trying to have the county sheriff, district clerk, and county clerk removed from office, but he said the district clerk refused to accept his petitions." Sounds like a conflict of interest to me.
Study: Napping might help heart -- I love this line: "It's likely that women reap similar benefits from napping, but not enough of them died during the study to be sure."
