Nicely written piece, the only trouble is how does the author intend to implement his proposed "purge" of the Iraqi police forces?

That's a tough nut to crack and I don't see how we can get it done from afar.

I don't know if you read theferrett but he had a nice review of the Book "Imperial Life in the Emerald City" a book about life inside the Green Zone.
