I'm not sure I could choose just one. I'm crazy about pecans, but I also like cashews, hazel nuts, and brazil nuts.

It also depends on the context. I love the sweetness of unsalted, unroasted almonds. Cashews I like in things, like in asian cooking or combined with chocolate and caramel.

If forced to choose, I'd probably say pecans, though.
