probably everybody should take probiotics. the list of things that kill good flora is long, and includes my birth control pills and refined flour.

You can take acidophilus supplements if you can't stomach yogurt.
I eat Yoplait Whips! (The exclamation mark is part of the brand.) They have a light and fluffy texture. Very tolerable.
