Watching the video, I have to say that while I have no idea what the hell it is he's doing, that's definitely not a massage, and it looks like she's expecting it. Weird.

I agree - the video doesn't look like a neck massage... it happens so quickly + the video footage isn't very good. And yes - not unexpected somehow... like part of an earlier conversation.
