If I remember what I heard yesterday correctly, they're going to give Iran light-water technology but still explicitly ban heavy-water tech, which is required for weapons. They won't let Iran enrich their own uranium (I think), but would provide fuel rods (at a charge) for Iran's nuclear power program. That way they get to control the weapons-grade shit while still not blocking peaceful energy programs. I think it's a pretty good compromise, actually. Better that than sending in the marines, or the ICBMs.
