Driving home, my car started making the most godawful noise. I actually wondered aloud whether that sound was coming from me and not some passerby.

Are you still looking at new cars, or just keeping the old one until it dies? I'm still seeing bunches of cars for sale, sometimes two and three per day, sometimes only one per week, but I haven't been sending them any more since I thought you weren't looking any more.

I'd still very much appreciate your help. Part of the problem is, I don't feel like I have very many options at all. I don't know where to start.
