Maybe I shouldn't be saying this, but I think that these gas prices and energy hikes were orchestrated during that initial energy meeting, way back in 2001. The meeting that the Supreme Court has said we as Americans don't even get to know who was in attendance.

This has been planned for some time.

Hmm, that would make perfect sense out of the accusation of threat against Citgo for offering of low-cost heating fuel as a threat. In the light you suggest, that outlandish accusation makes perfect sense.

There has been nothing done to help relieve the cost (and depending on how you look at it and how much you want to throw in) quite a bit to keep the prices high (or at least the belief in reasoning of why the have to be high)>

Borderline conspiracy theory, but give this administration, I'd almost believe it. In fact, the only reason I tend not to buy it is the administration wouldn't be smart enough to keep it a secret.

(and by gas do you mean gasoline which Australians call petrol, or natural gas which we use in heating and cooking?)

I say 'gas' meaning petrol, and 'energy' to cover everything else, including natural gas.

Gas prices continue to rise without any real reason. Energy costs rose 50% last winter, and experts are already predicting a similar increase next winter. Those kind of increases are unheard of.
