Not until spring, usually. April is generally the transition month with this type of weather.
Technically, it's still winter. We had a ridiculously warm day today. It felt at least sixty degrees.

that death toll may be a wee bit premature. I hope they're prepared to update through the night, given the weather reports I'm hearing down here.
