I don't know who wrote this editorial, but it's totally wrong.

Contrast the tone of that editorial with this article, which simply lays out the facts. The judge in the case explained exactly why he ruled the way he did, and I happen to think any reasonable man would agree with his point of view.

I don't know that i would use that word, but it is certainly interesting coming from a judge that the Bush administration probably thought they had in their pocket.
