Zicam. I also highly recommend Airborne - it's pretty much what Anne recommended (zinc, echinacea, vitamin c, and some other stuff) and you just drop it and let it fizz in water. Very helpful stuff.
Are you sure all zicam products contain DXM? I thought the standard cold-remedy was just inhaled zinc. I think it's the inhalers that say "plus D" that contain DXM.
