the good doctor
Jul. 29th, 2005 04:25 pmThe neuropsychologist has recommended I drink apple cider vinegar (with water, of course) for a boost of energy. When I explained that I was avoiding caffeine, he seemed doubly assured that this would be a good thing.
So here I am, drinking apple cider vinegar. Never thought I'd be doing that.
He said, "You'll be running track tonight!" "Great!" I said. I didn't tell him I had a date. ;)

Good news, bad news
Jun. 9th, 2005 08:58 amThe bad news: Trying to take off my shirt yesterday resulted in throwing my left shoulder out of joint. This has caused everything around that joint to shift, so now my clavicle is rubbing up against something else. At this rate, I will need to consult an anatomy textbook to figure out how I need to shift in order to put things right. (I have an appointment with a chiropractor next Thursday, so we'll see what she says after our first session.)
The good news:
( Wait for it )

Jul. 7th, 2004 11:18 amSo I've been trying to eat a better diet and exercise more frequently, and I'm still at 160. The scale will not budge. It's a bit disappointing.
It's sad: I bought a bike to help encourage me to get out more, but I've only taken it out twice. It didn't help that I got my car the same week.
And I don't know if I'll be exercising today; it feels like I bruised my upper thighs last night. Walking is interesting.
