I'm in favor of "discriminating" against bad education! If your curriculum doesn't qualify students to take classes, that curriculum SHOULDN'T be accredited. There are enough private colleges that would accredit anything; state institutions should be able to determine their own standards without interference from private institutions (read: religious private schools).
