Aug. 31st, 2004 10:24 amMy sister seems to think that someone jumped her and hit her on the back of the head, because she doesn't understand how all different parts of her body could hurt if she had a seizure. I asked her who called the ambulance, and she said it was a chick who she'd been going out for cigarette breaks with. I said, "Wouldn't she have seen someone if you were attacked?" She reluctantly agreed with my logic, but she still wants to deny that the seizure happened.
She and I may do something this weekend. I dunno. We'll see.
I have my writers' group tonight, and another tomorrow. I really like how my schedule has been shaping up.

Date: 2004-08-31 04:39 pm (UTC)it is amazing what can be painful after a seizure. you have to consider that you fall, you sometimes twitch, sometimes thrash. your brain often is not getting oxyagen during these time, nor are your muscles, which can cause them to be super sore. the one time that i had a seizure, due to medication, i ended up with the whole right side of my face almost black with a bruise. it looks like someone beat me, but only on the left side of my face. i didnt even fall and hit that side, which is what is so odd.
i hope she is doing better and doesnt have anymore! seizures are a suck thing to have.
