Today I received a nice rejection letter: We didn't accept anything from this submission, but please send to us again in the future. I can live with that.
1) My simultaneous condolences and congratulations on the kind rejection letter.
2) Where have you published?
3) Have you considered applying to "The Rattle", where I think timiathan works as an assistant editor? I believe he's always trying to encourage the poetryslammers (particularly the stronger ones, such as you) to apply there.
4) I have tremendous respect for you as a poet in general and as a sonneteer in particularly. I was hoping you could take a look at my new still-in-revision sonnet:
I've published very sporadically... there were a few little zines my poems straggled into in the '90s, when I was in high school. One zine of those is still up and running, Mobius. I haven't sent anything else there because I'm kind of embarrassed at those lame first attempts at poetry.
I published a lot in The Freehand Press, the quarterly lit mag of my alma mater. More recently I've published with Twilight Ending (which folded this last winter when the editor passed away) and am forthcoming in the Louisville Review.
I'm thinking of submitting to RATTLE. But I tell ya, I'd rather work there! Oh well.
I'll look in on your work. I'm not the best at forms, though.

If so, much appreciated! ... and if not, no harm done. :)
