Even if the lie has been exposed for what it is, keep repeating it. Remember, you may not fool all of the people all of the time, but you can fool some of them some of the time.

You gotta just love that "The State Department said last week it was wrong in stating that terrorism declined worldwide last year in a report that the Bush administration initially cited as evidence it was succeeding against terrorism, Graham noted. Both the number of incidents and the toll in victims increased sharply, the department acknowledged." is the last paragraph, and with no links to further documentation. Saw an item on the news the other night that was at least 5 minutes long (a significant amount of time in an hour-long broadcast).

Scrub. Rinse. Repeat. I seem to remember hearing or reading somewhere that if you say soething enough times, people will start acting as if they believe it's true even though they say that they think it's a lie...
