Here's a couple of images of the storm.

There was a tornado warning stretching from Des Moines to Chicago a couple of hours ago. That line of storms was headed our way. I keep hearing emergency noises issuing from my mom's TV.

I love rough weather.

OHHHHHHHHHHH green tornado skies! i miss how beautiful the skies were on the plains just before a tornado ripped through town and tore down half the town. that opressive *wet* in the air that makes it so you cant breathe. all we get here is thunder and lightning storms, not even rain storms. i miss hail sometimes, the noise and watching it always soothed me (even when it was shattering through my windowpane at 3 am on a school night)
