novapsycheI asked for the Central Intelligence Agency to give me an update on any terrorist threats. And the PDB was no indication of a terrorist threat. There was not a time and place of an attack. It said Osama bin Laden had designs on America.
Well, I knew that. . . .

As several analysts/critics have said in the last week, no intelligence comes with all the data on a silver platter--there is never "a time and place". That's what comes after intelligence is gathered--you look for clues and put the puzzle pieces together.
If you wanted to kill someone, would you send the time and place to your police department?
