m-w.com doesn't show entries anymore. A few years ago, all of its entries as well as its thesaurus entries were readily accessible. Now none of them are.

I've started frequenting dictionary.com.

yeah, sucks, doesnt it? They'd been considering making a way to get an account for a year or something like that.. I'm kinda considering it, just as I'm not a fan of the lack of information dictionary.com gives me. 'course, what I *really* want is an OED subscription, but that's just greedy....

I use dictionary.com for my assignments as well as proof-reading others. I used to lug an Oxford dictionary into the room until I discovered the site.

for some reason I don't see what you see. I throw terms into the dictionary lookup and they all come up. Was it perhaps just down for the site redesign?
