Have you ever read Martin Buber? I and Thou? I think you might like it.

I checked it out last year and read several pages, but I had to return it before I got into it. (This was when I was checking out 15 books at a time.) I should check it out again.

My second occasion to quote Crane poetry in two days. Must be fate.

Should the wide world roll away,
Leaving black terror,
Limitless night,
Nor God, nor man, nor place to stand
Would be to me essential,
If thou and thy white arms were there,
And the fall to doom a long way.

i was wondering if you'd be interested in a small-group poetry critiquing community. it's called [livejournal.com profile] eliticism...sortof after all that talk on poetryslamming of having a closer-knit atmosphere and a little more productivity. read the info and join if your'e interested, i just sent you an invite--hope you do.
