You are a modern poet. Observant and practical,
your poems attempt to catch a perfectly
meaningful image or moment in time, while
choosing each word with care and craftsmanship.
You might chose to write metrical poetry but
you are just as likely to write free verse -
whichever form best fits the function of the
poem at hand. Your greatest failing as a poet
is your dogged determination to be detached and
unsentimental. Your greatest strength is your
realism and your ability to make your poems
reflect your time and your culture. You don't
overdo recreational substances, though you have
been known to tie one on and write parodies of
Gilbert and Sullivan under a pseudonym. Your wardrobe is contemporary and somewhat
eccentric, with a marked leaning toward
comfortable sweaters. Your friends admire you
and bring you all their poems for copy editing.
By the end of your writing career, you will
have produced eight chapbooks which will result
in a net $42.00 in profit, as well as two
novels about corporate espionage that result in
a net profit of $42,000. You will have wisely
invested the income from the first novel, and
will use the procedes to open an independent
press that your children will later use to
print inspirational brochures and travel
guides.

Except for the blurb about recreational substances, this is more or less on the mark. Oh, and I don't know about those novels, either.
