Out of nowhere, I'm afflicted with a cold. Ugh.

Phlegm, slimy matter in the throat, sluggishness. (French = Latin = Greek.) despite having a flu shot a month or two ago. *blah*

hope you get well soon. Lots of fluids/warm water, and minimum dairy might help :)

I wanted to get a flu shot, but I'm not terribly at risk, so hopefully someone who really needs the flu shot will get it in my stead.

I hope you feel better.

I generally stay away from dairy anyway (though I did tempt myself with a Tropicana Smoothie--those things are good). My dad bought some green tea, so that's what I've been sipping on today, along with some good old ice water.
