That's my suntan. It looks like I got hit by a paint balloon.

There's no better source of Vitamin D than sunlight. To avoid strap lines sunbathe naked.

Better a tan than a burn? Trying to find a silver lining. ;) But I feel you; I usually carry a parasol when I don't think SPF is enough. Though that's not necessarily doable when hauling a backpack.
