How's your new year going?

I'm thinking of changing my default icon; I never use this one anyway. Also, I perhaps will resolve not to make any resolutions this time around.

Sorry to say that your kitten has always kind of creeped me out. I think it's the intensity of the yellows.

The artist is Louis Wain. As he suffered from a neurological disease late in his career, his cat paintings (for which he is famous) grew more and more psychodelic.

By the way, I'm glad you're feeling better. Chemically induced ickiness is never fun.

19 hours into the new year there was some domestic drama that lasted for about 18 hours; fortunately the domestic front is mostly tranquil again.
