California gives them a run for their money but yeah, I would go to house parties in Vancouver where pot was smoked in the house, but regular smokers had to go to the porch.
I still can't understand how the DEA spends 80%+ on marijuana that kills no one and meth is a scourge of the midwest and seems virtually ignored.
