No, he already impeached Chaney, too, a long time ago, and nothing ever came of it. They just moved the motion over to the judiciary committee and put it in a draw somewhere. I don't know if they're scared of getting anthraxed or what, but this congress isn't going to do a damn thing.

p.s. I listened to most of it live, and it really was great to hear the laundry list, though. I love Dennis. As for the rest of them, I wish there was a hell they could slither down into.

Don't forget that Wexler has been pushing for the same thing for quite a while now; Kucinich does NOT have the scoop on this.

He introduced articles to impeach; they have yet to be acted upon. He just did that this year.
