I walked in this morning to find a cheese danish prominently displayed in the vending machine. I knew I shouldn't purchase it, but I gave in and did so anyway.

After taking a single bite, I decided to check out the nutritional information. I knew, with processed pastries like that, that there would be some trans fat. I have been very vigilant against trans fat this year.

Six grams. Six grams of trans fat in that four ounce danish.

I immediately put it in the trash.
