I'm sick.

The tickle in the back of my throat yesterday wouldn't go away, despite all of the fluids I drank. I coughed through much of the night last night, and when I woke I felt really run down. I called in. I would have stayed home all day if it weren't the day my dad and I were supposed to sign our lease.

I've slept far more hours today than any normal person should. Of course I haven't done any packing.

I must go to work tomorrow because the other leasing agent has class all day.

I hope this doesn't last long.

I feel a little better.

And it's only been a couple of hours!

I took martian_spider's advice and bought some Zicam (though I got the dissovable tablets instead of the nasal swabs--it just made sense, since my throat is the immediate problem). I took that about an hour ago, and already my throat feels better.

I've also gotten some packing done, which makes me feel better in a different way. Two boxes of clothes, four smaller boxes of audio & visual stuff (CDs, cassettes, etc). I guess a few hours of packing every day from now until Saturday will be just fine.

Next project: put CDs back into folders.
