But you know what? It is a test. Everything is a test. I think that's why teachers test us as the manner of producing proof that we actually learned their lessons. When you are in a crisis situation (or any other scenario where you must make critical decisions), you're basically operating where what you're confronted with is a test.
Pleasing our bosses is a test. Advancing up the corporate ladder is a test. Following a lead, if you're a reporter, is a test. Keeping a marriage happy and successful is a test. Doing your best at athletics is a test. You get my idea.
(Of all actions humans must do, I don't think dying is a test, because it, like breathing, is a given. But others may wish to disagree.)
