I saw Il Postino for the first time today. Wow, what a film. And so much fun, considering I'm in the midst of trying to educate myself poetically. This was my introduction, bare as it may be, to the work of Pablo Neruda. (Today, I was reminded just how romantic and passionate poetry could be! I've gotten very much away from that type of writing.)

I've been trying to get drunk tonight, but I've been too leisurely in my consumption. (But the night is not yet over!)

Okay, forty more minutes of age 27. I'm ready to shed that number.
