simianpower mentioned a couple of days ago that Kroger had salmon on sale, $4/lb. I never tire of salmon, so I went to get some, but the store I went to (Stadium at S. Industrial) had it back up to normal price.

However, boneless chicken breast is at $1.97/lb. Also, red, yellow & orange bell peppers are a buck apiece.

Unrelatedly (but still on topic re: food), I've been baking brownies a lot lately. This last batch came out really soft. I think it's because I used canola oil instead of vegetable oil.
