Has anyone else noticed that OPEC said it would cut production, yet gas prices have not increased?

Yes. I also found the dip down in price awfully suspicious timing, so near elections...

Actually, it did go up nearly a dime. Which is relatively consistent with other production cuts. But clearly, there was something going on, since we were up to $3/gallon...
