My boss authorized an ad in the Ann Arbor News, realizing we needed more than three aides to service a county. So we've started the interview-go-round again! I have six seven scheduled this week already.

Edit: Ten interviews this week, with five more next week.

Well, at least when I'm in the midst of hiring, I know that I'm contributing to my company in a positive way. And that goes a long way toward alleviating my general ennui.
