Heh, i'm wondering if after this the Chaliban is still absolutely sure they want to prevent church and state appellate rulings in the federal courts. Because if they had done so, there would be no way to appeal rulings handed down against them either.

It's important to note that the judge ruled only against ID being taught in biology class.
