I never saw it but I encountered some Internet archives of it (episode lists and still photos as well as trailers). It looks fascinatingly bad.

Exactly! I saw a clip montage on YouTube. It looks absolutely horrendous. I'm rather convinced that the show has been excised from our collective consciousness.
