What is the oddest foodstuff you like that includes honey?

The only things I regularly use honey for are:
-making homemade mead (and that's not exactly "regular")
-pizza sauce (it balances out the tart of the tomato)
-apple crisp

I never would have thought to put honey in pizza sauce.

(I do often put sugar in my spaghetti sauce, though.)
