The only things I regularly use honey for are: -making homemade mead (and that's not exactly "regular") -pizza sauce (it balances out the tart of the tomato) -apple crisp
I suppose the commonest 'food' I make with honey is tea with milk and honey, for Holly's throat when she has a cough. (or mine should I have one, come to that)

Oddest? Hunan-style lemon chicken. The lemon sauce is honey, lemon juice, water, soy sauce, and cornstarch. That, I can do.
