Seattle's actually one of the places I've considered. vaxjedi is there. And the literary scene is, as I understand, thriving.

I have a few friends there. And I'm pretty certain I could acquire work in virtually no time. I could even work for Starbucks and not have to make coffee.

I would have thought its getting way past the time to flee the country. But Im biased since I already live outside the country.

I think about it from time to time. But I do want to do what I can to repair the damage that has been done in the last 6+ years. That means working from within the system.

Fleeing America

I tend to think the damage is terminal, but if most Americans were like you and quite a few of my other friends, then the US wouldn't be in that state.
