Two days ago, after walking around town all day, I stepped a certain way and realized that I had what felt like a blister on one of my toes. It slipped my mind until yesterday, when I accompanied one of my friends downtown. I thought I'd put a band-aid on it and be done.

But it's not a blister. It's a corn.

I am too young to have corns.

It probably just means you need new/better/different shoes. Corns are usually caused by your feet rubbing against your shoes because they're too tight or put your feet at a poor angle.

I knew people in high school who got corns, through wearing the wrong size shoes. It's not age that causes corns.
