A writer poses the curious intellectual puzzle: “Am I allowed to write that I would like to kidnap George W. Bush and fly him to a prison in some faraway land where his ‘rights’ are no longer an issue, there to put a bag over his head and make him stand for hours on one leg while I defecate on his New Testament before chaining his arms to the ceiling until he dies of a heart attack, after which I will claim that he never existed?”

An interesting question!

Oh he or she could write it; but they should expect a visit from Secret Service agents. It's a probability as soon as "Just a 'concerned citizen" reports it. Some things are not actually covered under the Second amendment. You can't yell "Fire" in a crowded building unless there is an actual fire, either.

Decency... this is not at all the article I was expecting...

"Students find ring tone adults can't hear" sounds a little fishy to me. As the mate put it. "I'll believe it when I don't hear it.".

Frankly. I wish the whole world would find a ring tone that only that individual could hear. People who use annoying ring tones (Such as "Banana Phone" or the song they use in Verizon commercials) should be shot on sight without fear of penalty.
